Unluckies® is a Dubai-based brand owned and operated by The Far Collective FZ-LLC, registered under RAKEZ Free Zone, UAE.
2. Using Our Site
By using our website (unluckies.me) or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Product Information
We do our best to describe every item accurately, from fabric to color. Still, slight variations can occur due to lighting, screens, or human hands (we’re not robots).
4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in AED and include UAE VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments / Tabby / Stripe

We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products at any time.
5. Orders & Shipping
Once an order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link when it ships.
We’re not responsible for delays caused by courier errors, customs, or extreme weather (we all remember the rains).

All brand names, logos, designs, and content (including “No Luck, Pure Balls”) are property of The Far Collective FZ-LLC. Please don’t use or reproduce them without permission.

We can’t be held responsible for indirect losses, discomfort, or wardrobe malfunctions caused by misuse of our products. (But we promise they’re built strong.)
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction in Ras Al Khaimah courts.
