Unluckies® Shipping Policy

We ship every order directly from our partners' Shorages warehouse in Dubai, 

🇦🇪 UAE Shipping

  • Fulfillment Partner: Shorages (Dubai, UAE)

  • Last-Mile Delivery:  Shorages network

  • Delivery Time: 1 – 2 business days

  • Delivery Fee: AED 10 (free on orders over AED 200)

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 12 PM (UAE time) ship the same day; orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link from Shorages by SMS or email so you can follow your unlucky package on its final journey home.

🌍 GCC Shipping

We currently deliver to: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.

  • Fulfillment: Dispatched via Shorages export service

  • Delivery Time: 3 – 7 business days depending on destination

  • Customs & Duties: May apply per destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We’re working on adding more regions soon, stay tuned (and stay unlucky).

📦 Packaging & Handling

Each order is fulfilled by Shorages’ professional team  ensuring your boxers arrive clean, sealed, and in perfect shape.
Every shipment is scanned, weighed, and tracked end-to-end through Shorages’ platform.

⚠️ Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived, appears damaged, or the tracking seems stuck:

  • Email support@unluckies.me with your order number and tracking link.

  • We’ll raise it directly with Shorages’ operations team and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

We’ll fix it  no excuses, no finger-pointing.

🕐 Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver fast, delays can happen due to weather, courier network congestion, or holidays.
We’ll always keep you updated if that happens your patience will not go unnoticed.
