1. Return & Refund Policy

Born Unlucky, Built Fair.

We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not happy with your Unluckies purchase, here’s how we handle it:

Eligibility

• You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• For hygiene reasons, underwear that’s been tried on or removed from its packaging can’t be returned.

• If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right,  just send us a photo within 7 days of receiving it.

How to Start a Return

Email support@unluckies.me with:

• Your order number

• The issue (and photos if needed)

• Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

We’ll reply within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is approved and received.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

If the size wasn’t right, we’ll send the correct one as soon as we get the original back  subject to availability.
