Returns & Exchanges
Born unlucky, built fair.
Sometimes it doesn't work out. Here's exactly what happens when it doesn't.
The First Pair Promise (first order only)
Open one pair. Try it properly. You have 14 days from delivery to decide.
Wrong size or wrong feel? Keep the opened pair. It's yours.
For the rest of your order, the pairs must be sealed and in their original packaging:
- 7″ Originals (M, L, XL): we exchange sealed pairs for another 7″ size if it is in stock, otherwise we refund them.
- 9″ Long (XXL only): the 9″ is made in one size, so sealed 9″ pairs are refunded, not exchanged.
Why we don't ask for the opened pair back: underwear that's been worn can't be resold, so a return trip costs everyone money and gets nobody anything.
Sealed Items (any order)
Changed your mind on pairs you haven't opened? Return them within 14 days of delivery, sealed and in the original packaging, for a refund to your original payment method. This applies to repeat orders too.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We replace it. Nothing to return.
Refunds
Issued to your original payment method once approved.
Delivery fees paid on the original order aren't refunded.
Your bank will take 5 to 10 business days to show it. That part's out of our hands.
