Men's Boxer Brief Size Guide
Boxer briefs are simple until they're the wrong size.
Too tight, and your day is ruined before lunch. Too loose, and everything starts moving like it has somewhere better to be.
Here's how to get it right.
How to Measure
Measure around your waist, just above the hips and below the belly button.
Use a soft tape measure. Keep it snug, not strangling. Measure against skin, not over jeans, shorts, or whatever you're pretending still fits.
Size Chart
| Size | Waist | Inseam |
|---|---|---|
| M | 76 – 81 cm / 30" – 32" | 7" |
| L | 84 – 89 cm / 33" – 35" | 7" |
| XL | 91 – 97 cm / 36" – 38" | 7" |
| XXL | 99 – 107 cm / 39" – 42" | 9" |
All measurements are leg inseam — crotch seam to hem.
Between Sizes?
Take the larger one.
The fabric stretches, but the waistband should sit flat without pressing in. If you're on the line between two sizes, the larger one will feel right and won't go loose on you.
If you're comfortably inside a range, order your usual waist size.
7-Inch Boxer Brief
Available in M, L, and XL.
This is the everyday Unluckies fit: mid-length, soft, breathable, and made to stay in place without feeling too long under clothes.
Best if you want a clean boxer brief fit with enough coverage, but not a full long-leg style.
9-Inch Boxer Brief
Available in XXL.
Same Unluckies feel. Longer leg.
The XXL is cut as a 9-inch boxer brief for more coverage, a fuller thigh fit, and less ride-up through the day.
Best if you want extra coverage or usually find boxer briefs riding up your thigh.
How They Should Fit
Unluckies should feel secure, not tight. They should sit flat at the waist, cover properly at the back, and stay close through the thigh without squeezing.
Basically: no digging, no bunching, no mid-day rescue mission.
If the waistband presses a line into you or the leg grips, you're a size too small.
Fabric
Made from soft MicroModal with stretch — smooth, breathable, and easy to wear all day.
Wash cold. Air dry or tumble dry low. Don't iron. Don't bleach. Don't punish them.
