Every order ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Dubai, UAE.
🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days
- Cost: AED 10 — free on orders over AED 150
- Cut-off: Orders placed before 12 PM UAE time ship the same day. After that, or on weekends and public holidays, they ship the next business day.
🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia — Duties & VAT Paid
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days
- Cost: AED 30 — free on orders over AED 249
- Customs: Already handled. We pay Saudi VAT and customs clearance before your order ships. Nothing extra to pay on delivery, and no held parcels.
🌍 Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days
- Cost: AED 30 — free on orders over AED 249
- Customs: Any local import charges are set by your country and payable by you.
✈️ International
We ship to the UK, Europe, the United States and selected other markets.
- Delivery time: varies by destination
- Cost: AED 40 — free on orders over AED 300
- Customs: Import duties and taxes in your country are payable by you.
Tracking
Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by email. Every shipment is scanned, weighed and tracked end to end.
If Something Goes Wrong
Hasn't arrived, arrived damaged, or the tracking hasn't moved:
- Email support@unluckies.me or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
- We raise it with the warehouse directly and come back to you within 1–2 business days with a real answer.
Delays happen, weather, courier congestion, holidays. We'll tell you when they do rather than let you find out from the tracking page.
