Returns & Exchanges
Born unlucky, built fair.
Sometimes it doesn't work out. Here's exactly what happens when it doesn't.
The Size Guarantee
If the size is wrong, we fix it. No conditions, no charge.
- Message us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need instead.
- We send the correct size out.
- You don't send anything back. Keep the original pair, try it as a spare, give it away, whatever suits.
- Prefer a refund instead of a swap? Same terms. Full refund, nothing to return.
One exchange per item. That's the only limit.
Why we don't ask for it back: underwear that's been worn can't be resold, so a return trip costs everyone money and gets nobody anything. It's simpler to just send the right one.
Unopened Items
Bought a pack and want to return the sealed pairs you haven't opened?
- Within 14 days of delivery, in the original packaging, unopened.
- Refunded to your original payment method.
- Email support@unluckies.me with your order number.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
- Send a photo within 7 days of delivery.
- We replace it. Nothing to return.
Refunds
- Issued to your original payment method once approved.
- Delivery fees paid on the original order aren't refunded.
- Your bank will take 5–10 business days to show it. That part's out of our hands.
